David Fein to Discuss the Effectiveness of Financial Crime Detection Policy

Litigation special counsel David Fein will co-introduce a research presentation, “‘314(b) Effectiveness’ Policy Discussion,” and moderate a subsequent Q&A. The event is hosted in association with the Royal United Service Institute’s (RUSI) Future of Financial Intelligence (FFIS) program. The research presentation will be given by Nick Maxwell, head of FFIS, and will focus on U.S. private sector information sharing to detect financial crime. David will give opening remarks alongside Alison Clew, taskforce member of the RUSI Transatlantic Response to Illicit Finance.
