Brad Karp Named “Litigator of the Year” by The American Lawyer

Firm chair Brad Karp was named a 2017 “Litigator of the Year” by The American Lawyer. Brad was recognized for his role is a wide number of litigation achievements, including an arbitration defense win for Citigroup in a multibillion-dollar investment claim filed by Abu Dhabi Investment Authority; appellate victories upholding the dismissals of more than $10 billion in claims against Citigroup; and court approval of the NFL’s historic concussion settlement. The publication also noted his role in spearheading a national pro bono task force on gun safety.
