Sam Kleiner to Discuss Beneficial Ownership at American Bankers Association’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Conference

Litigation counsel Sam Kleiner will participate in the ABA/ABA Financial Crimes Enforcement Conference hosted by the American Bankers Association. He will speak on a pre-recorded panel on beneficial ownership entitled “We’re Not Done with Beneficial Ownership! An Overview of the Latest Risks and Concerns.”

The conference gathers top industry professionals to provide expert analysis and offer regulatory insights on financial crime from both a banking and a legal perspective, and discuss the latest strategies for fighting money laundering, fraud and cyber-enabled crime.

The conference will take place in Arlington, Virginia, from October 8-10.
