TELUS International (Cda) Inc. closed its initial public offering of 42,550,000 subordinate voting shares, generating gross proceeds of $1 billion. The shares are listed on the NYSE and the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the ticker symbol "TIXT.” Paul, Weiss represented the underwriters in the offering, led by J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley. TELUS International is a leading digital customer experience innovator that designs, builds and delivers next-generation solutions for global and disruptive brands.
