Paul, Weiss Named Finalist for Two British Legal Awards

Law.com International shortlisted Paul, Weiss in two categories in its 2024 British Legal Awards. The firm was named a finalist for “International Firm of the Year,” recognizing the rapid expansion of the London office, and “Capital Markets Team of the Year,” recognizing our work advising Fedrigoni on its offering of €300 million senior holdco pay-if-you-can toggle notes, the first offering of its kind issued by an Italian company in a widely syndicated bond offering.
The annual awards recognize the contributions of legal professionals, firms and teams in the UK shaping the landscape of law. Winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on November 27.
