Dave Marshall Receives ABA’s 2024 “On the Rise” Award

The American Bar Association honored corporate associate Dave Marshall with its “On the Rise” award in recognition of his work advising companies and boards on corporate governance, disclosure and compliance matters, as well as his role helping lead a court-established steering committee in the ACLU’s class action to reverse the Trump Administration’s “zero tolerance” immigration policy and his pro bono work supporting women- and minority-owned businesses, individuals in immigration matters and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
The ABA’s annual “On the Rise” program recognizes the nation’s 40 leading lawyers under age 40 who exemplify a broad range of high achievement, innovation, vision, leadership, and legal and community service.
