Paul, Weiss advised Signature Bank, a New York-based full-service commercial bank, in its offering of 2.1 million shares of common stock, generating gross proceeds of $739.2 million. The underwriters for the offering were led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, with Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Jefferies LLC acting as joint bookrunners.
