On May 9, Renren, Inc., a Cayman Islands company that operates a leading real name social networking internet platform in China, completed its initial public offering of 61,065,000 American depositary shares representing 183,195,000 Class A common shares, including the underwriters' over-allotment option, at a price of $14.00 per American depositary share.
