Paul, Weiss client HRG Group, Inc., a diversified holding company formerly known as Harbinger Group Inc., completed a tack-on offering of $100 million of its 7.875% senior secured notes due 2019. Proceeds from the sale are being used for working capital by the company and its subsidiaries and for general corporate purposes, including further investments in existing businesses and the financing of future acquisitions and businesses.
