Paul, Weiss advised Barclays as underwriter in Diamond Infrastructure Funding LLC’s $665 million notes offering. A portion of the proceeds of the issuance of the notes was used to finance the acquisition of the issuer and certain of its affiliates by an entity that is sub-managed by Diamond Communications LLC. The notes are backed by a portfolio of cellular sites and related assets.
