Paul, Weiss represented the initial purchasers in CI Financial Corp.’s private offering of $675 million aggregate principal amount of 7.500% senior notes due 2029. The purchasers were led by BofA Securities, Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC. CI Financial is a Canadian company offering global asset management and wealth management advisory services.
