Paul, Weiss advised Carnival plc in its registered offering of €600 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.000% Senior Notes due 2029, which will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The offering was led by BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Mizuho and NatWest Markets. Carnival plc and Carnival Corporation, the notes guarantor, are the world’s largest leisure travel company.
