Paul, Weiss represented the underwriters, led by BMO Capital Markets, in a public offering by Aurora Cannabis Inc. of 13,200,000 units for gross proceeds of $138 million. Each unit consisted of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Aurora is a leader in the Canadian cannabis industry serving both the medical and consumer markets.
