Paul, Weiss client Arrow Global Group PLC announced the completion of its wholly owned subsidiary's consent solicitation, launched on March 9 and supplemented on March 17, seeking the consent of holders of Arrow Global Finance's £220 million in 7.875% senior secured notes due 2020 to certain amendments to the indenture governing the notes.
