This February, the Black Lawyers and Family Networks are co-hosting Paul, Weiss Kids: Black History Month Book Club. Meeting every Thursday in February, the Book Club features four children’s books by Black authors, read by a member of the Black Lawyers Network. Book selections include: Life Doesn’t Frighten Me (25th Anniversary Edition), by Maya Angelou; Sulwe, by Lupita Nyong’o; Hair Love, by Matthew Cherry; and The Word Collector, by Peter H. Reynolds. More than 75 Paul, Weiss families attended the first meeting.
