On February 2, Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd., a leading oilfield services company that provides comprehensive wellsite support and production and logistics services to oil and natural gas exploration and production companies, successfully completed its reorganization and emerged from chapter 11 protection. As part of the reorganization, Stallion entered into a pre-negotiated restructuring agreement with an ad hoc committee of unsecured lenders and bondholders advised by Paul, Weiss that eliminated approximately $515 million of Stallion's unsecured debt in exchange for 98% of the common equity in the reorganized company.
