Paul, Weiss was recognized for its role in the $3.8 billion restructuring of Digicel Limited by the LatinFinance 2024 Deals of the Year Awards. The matter, in which Paul, Weiss represented the linchpin ad hoc group of creditors in the company’s consensual financial restructuring, earned an honorable mention at the annual awards, which recognize excellence in the provision of capital across corporate and sovereign spheres in Latin America and the Caribbean.
