General Atlantic Leads Strategic Growth Investment in Hostaway

Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic as lead investor in a $365 million strategic growth investment in Hostaway, an all-in-one vacation rental software and management system. Under the terms of the agreement, General Atlantic will partner with Hostaway, alongside existing investor PSG Equity, to further propel Hostaway’s growth strategy, including international expansion, product development and AI initiatives. Upon completion of the transaction—the largest to date in Hostaway’s market segment—General Atlantic will become a significant minority shareholder in Hostaway.
