A counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, Hein Visser brings a specialized expertise to financial investors navigating complex transactions. With a focus on buyouts, growth equity, minority investments and strategic exits, he provides comprehensive guidance to clients across the investment lifecycle. Throughout his career, Hein has established himself as a trusted advisor to leading private equity sponsors and corporate clients, advising on a diverse range of transactions including cross-border acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings, and public company matters. His practice also encompasses general corporate and commercial advisory. Prior to establishing his practice in the United Kingdom, Hein worked at a prestigious South African law firm. He also completed a year-long secondment at Bain Capital from September 2023 to August 2024.
