Paul, Weiss Earns Over a Dozen Top-10 UK and European M&A League Table Rankings in 2024

Four top league table publications – Bloomberg, Mergermarket, Dealogic and London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) – ranked Paul, Weiss among the top legal advisors on UK and European M&A transactions in 2024, with more than a dozen top-10 rankings.
Looking at the total value of M&A deals as of Q4, the firm ranked seventh in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) as primary company advisor (Dealogic), where it was the only new member of the top 10, and ninth in completed deals with any European involvement (LSEG), where it had the highest market share increase of all firms from 2023. Paul, Weiss also ranked ninth in announced deals with any UK or European involvement (LSEG) and ninth in EMEA transactions (Dealogic).
Regarding private equity transactions by deal value, the firm ranked third in Europe buyouts (Mergermarket) and fourth in Europe PE deals (Bloomberg), where it increased its market share the most among all firms.
