Paul, Weiss is advising Warburg Pincus on the financing for its investment in Everise, a leading global healthcare services outsourcing company, joining existing investor Brookfield. Both investors are committed to accelerating the growth trajectory of the company, which is valued at approximately $1 billion.
As part of the transaction, Singapore-headquartered Everstone Group will exit its investment in Everise. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2023, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
