International Financial Law Review named Paul, Weiss’s work advising Apollo Global Management in its acquisition of a significant portion of the assets of Credit Suisse’s Securitized Products Group the “Structured Finance and Securitization Deal of the Year” as part of its 2024 Americas Awards.
