Paul, Weiss Represents Bon Ton Stores in Senior Secured Credit Facility
Paul, Weiss has advised client The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. on a $625 million five-year senior secured asset-based credit facility, which, on March 21, replaced its existing $675 million senior credit facility. Bank of America acted as agent for The Bon-Ton Stores, a public retail company that operates 275 department stores in 23 states.
