Paul, Weiss represented Oakley Capital and its portfolio company Phenna Group, a leading testing, inspection, certification and compliance platform, in its more than €1 billion financing to refinance its existing term loan B and fund future acquisitions. The financing was the largest for a first-time loan issuer in the syndicated term loan B market in 2024 and attracted significant positive market interest.
