Jimmy John’s Closes $850 Million Whole Business Securitization

Paul, Weiss advised Roark Capital Group on the whole-business securitization of Jimmy John’s LLC, an operator of more than 2,600 fast-casual restaurants across the United States. Jimmy John’s LLC, a Roark Capital portfolio company, closed the $850 million securitization, which was backed primarily by franchise and other revenue-generating contracts, intellectual property and other related collateral.
