Paul, Weiss represented CDK Global, Inc., a leading provider of IT and digital marketing solutions to the automotive retail industry, in a $400 million unsecured term credit agreement with Bank of America as administrative agent. In connection with the term credit agreement, we also advised CDK in an accelerated share repurchase agreement with Morgan Stanley & Co. to purchase an aggregate of $330 million of the company's common stock.
