TransCanada Corporation completed a public offering of common shares in the U.S. and Canada for gross proceeds of approximately Cdn$3.5 billion. TransCanada is a Canadian company that operates primarily in the natural gas pipeline, oil pipeline and energy businesses. Paul, Weiss represented the underwriters in the transaction, led by TD Securities, BMO Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets.
