Counsel Lissette Duran participated in a panel on July 9 as part of the Business Diversity Leadership Summit hosted by the National Minority Supplier Development Council, which focuses on upward mobility for minority business enterprises. The panel, “The State of DEI,” covered the current state of corporate DEI and supplier diversity efforts, in light of the Supreme Court’s affirmative action decision last year.
