LGBTQ+ Inclusion

LGBTQ+ attorneys thrive at Paul, Weiss. We support LGBTQ+ initiatives through sponsorships and pro bono work, and by networking attorneys, law students and the broader LGBTQ+ community.

Throughout the year, our active Pride@Work Network hosts events and gatherings including firmwide career chats with leading voices in politics, law, advocacy and the arts; social engagement with fellow Network members and allies, other Paul, Weiss Networks and clients and legal industry colleagues; and curriculum programs designed to educate our community about our community’s varied experiences and viewpoints.

As part of our continuing effort to foster an inclusive work environment, all members of the Paul, Weiss community are encouraged to follow the example of firm leadership and include gender pronouns in their email signatures.

In addition, restroom signs throughout the firm have been updated to reflect that all individuals working at or visiting Paul, Weiss may use the single-sex facility that most closely aligns with their gender identity or expression, or to use single-stall, gender neutral bathrooms.
