We embrace and encourage conversations about diversity and inclusion. Our goal is to promote open dialogue at the highest levels of law firms and our client organizations. Our efforts in this area include:

  • Member of the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, a CEO-led effort on diversity and inclusion.
  • Board level member of the Council for Urban Professionals (CUP)
  • Member of the 30% Club, another CEO-led effort focused on gender diversity on corporate boards.
  • Members of Coqual (formerly the Center for Talent Innovation), a global think tank on diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), a coalition of over 350 general counsel and law firm leaders.
  • Board-level member of the Thomson Reuters Women in Law Leadership Initiative, a collaboration between women general counsel and law firm leaders.
  • Board-level member of the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF).
  • Leadership committee member of Out Leadership, a cross-industry group of organizations leading initiatives for LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality.
  • An original signatory to the New York City Bar Statement of Diversity Principles and Premier Sponsor of the NY City Bar Office of Diversity & Inclusion.
