Four Paul, Weiss Associates Complete Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Programs

Four associates have successfully completed 2023 programs through the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners working to enhance the legal profession.
Litigation associates Amitav Chakraborty and Simona Xu, and tax associate Dhrumit Joshi have completed the Pathfinders program, which focuses on foundational leadership skills and relationship building for high-potential, early-career attorneys. Dhrumit also received the prestigious Pathfinder Atlas Award, which recognizes high-level engagement in the program.
Litigation associate Patrick Cordova has completed the LCLD Fellows program, which provides high-potential senior attorneys with professional and personal development opportunities.
Paul, Weiss has collaborated with LCLD since 2013 to help high-achieving attorneys thrive and ascend to leadership positions.
