Deputy chair Valerie Radwaner and litigation associate Jeremy Benjamin will discuss implicit bias in the legal profession and practical strategies to counter its effects at the New York State Bar Association's upcoming annual meeting. Valerie will speak on two panels, "Practical Strategies for Identifying and Interrupting Implicit Bias Within the Legal Profession," and "Recognizing Our Own Biases." Jeremy is co-chair of the program and also chair of the Committee on Civil Rights, which is a co-sponsor of the meeting with the NYSBA's Committee on Diversity and Inclusion. The event will take place on January 26 in New York City.
