On May 10, litigation partner Loretta Lynch gave the keynote address at New York Governor Kathy Hochul’s Unity Summit in New York City. The summit was designed to bring New Yorkers together in the wake of a rising tide of hate crimes and bias incidents, and included participation from government officials, faith and community leaders, and anti-violence experts. Loretta spoke about the root causes of the rise in hate crimes, as well as the need for those fighting this rising tide to maintain perspective and faith in the outcome.
