Paul, Weiss has achieved Mansfield 6.0 Certification via Diversity Lab’s latest iteration of the Mansfield Rule, indicating successful participation in a rigorous, year-long certification program that aims to boost and sustain diverse representation in law firm leadership. Participating firms share lessons during monthly knowledge sharing forums, ensuring collaborative work within the legal community to strengthen diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal profession. The Mansfield 6.0 certification year ran from July 2022 to July 2023; the firm is already engaged in pursuing 7.0 certification for 2023-2024.
