Paul, Weiss has achieved Mansfield 5.0 Certification via Diversity Lab’s latest iteration of the Mansfield Rule, indicating successful participation in a rigorous, year-long certification program that aims to boost and sustain diversity in law firm leadership. By requiring certified firms to consider at least 30% historically underrepresented lawyers for leadership roles, client pitches, Chambers nominations and more, the Mansfield framework helps develop the next generation of leaders in an inclusive, structured and deliberative manner. Participating firms must also share lessons during monthly knowledge sharing forums, ensuring collaborative work within the legal community to strengthen diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal profession.
