Rich Pepper is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Antitrust Group. He advises on global merger control and foreign direct investment reviews, cartel and behavioral investigations, and all aspects of EU and UK antitrust law.
Rich has represented global institutional investors, private equity firms, and leading public and private companies across a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, financial services, healthcare, mining, manufacturing, petrochemicals, private equity, technology, telecommunications and transportation.
