Restructuring partner Alice Eaton will speak on a panel, “Adjusting to a New Era: Redefining Value Creation in Uncertain Times,” as part of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania’s 2024 Private Equity and Venture Capital Conference. The panel will cover the use of cutting-edge financial instruments and structures in facilitating investments in distressed assets, particularly as the high interest rate environment leads to an increase in bankruptcies. Among other topics, Alice will discuss how to unlock value in distressed assets using creative financing solutions; the intersection of private equity and distressed debt investors; and emerging innovations and special situations in this space.
