Paul, Weiss was named a Turnaround Management Association “Large Company Turnaround/Transaction of the Year” winner alongside co-counsel, as part of the publication’s 2023 TMA Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards. The firm was recognized for our role representing CHC Group LLC, one of the largest providers of helicopter services, in connection with a comprehensive out-of-court recapitalization transaction involving the reduction of up to $520 million in funded debt and over $100 million in new money and other liquidity.
The awards recognize the year’s most successful turnarounds and impactful restructuring transactions. Winners will be honored at an awards ceremony in San Francisco on October 5.
