KPS to Sell Eviosys to Sonoco for €3.615 Billion

Paul, Weiss is advising KPS Capital Partners, LP, and its portfolio company Eviosys, a leading global supplier of metal packaging, in the sale of Eviosys to Sonoco Products Company for €3.615 billion. The combination of Eviosys with Sonoco, a global leader in highly engineered and sustainable packaging, will bring high-quality, sustainable and innovative packaging solutions to new and existing customers around the globe. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
