Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic as lead investor in a $50 million equity financing round in Jüsto, a leading online grocer in Latin America with operations in Mexico, Brazil and Peru. Jüsto intends to leverage the new financing to continue the execution of its growth strategy, primarily in Mexico, further enhance operational efficiencies, and push the boundaries of conventional e-commerce models across the region. General Atlantic is an existing investor in Jüsto and previously led a $152 million Series B investment round in the company in 2022.
