Paul, Weiss is shortlisted for Private Equity International’s “Law Firm of the Year in North America” in the Transactions category. The firm is recognized for our work on over 130 publicly disclosed transactions involving PE clients or their portfolio companies over the past year, including more than 20 deals valued at over $1 billion. In particular, PEI highlighted our representation of Apollo in its $11 billion merger with Athene and General Atlantic in its $1.5 billion consortium investment with Blackstone Growth in Articulate Global.
