Corporate partner Laura Turano will participate in a panel, “Issues Involving M&A Advisors,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s Mergers & Acquisitions 2025: Advanced Trends and Developments program. The panel will cover recent cases involving financial advisors and lawyers in their capacity as M&A advisors, focusing on what might constitute a conflict of interest and when and how to disclose conflicts.
