Andrew Finch Contributes to Presidential Transition Report on the State of Antitrust Enforcement

Litigation partner Andrew Finch served as a member of the Presidential Transition Task Force appointed by the chair of the Antitrust Law Section of the American Bar Association to issue the Presidential Transition Report on the State of Antitrust Enforcement. The report sets forth “the Section’s views on the current state of federal antitrust and consumer protection enforcement, as well as recommendations regarding prospective policies and initiatives.” Practice management attorney Mark Laramie and associate Jay Kaplan assisted Andrew on researching and drafting parts of the report.
