Talent Exchange Program for Grocery, Retail and Logistics Job Seekers and Companies
The Tennessee Department of Labor & Workforce Development has implemented a program to help quickly connect job seekers to companies that are hiring in the grocery, retail, and logistics industry.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions
Companies and individuals may participate in the Talent Exchange Program by logging into or creating a Jobs4TN account, through which an application can be submitted. The program will attempt to match companies and job seekers by sending the application of any individual that applies through the portal to employees hiring in the grocery, retail or logistics industry in the individual’s area.
