Description of Program and Relief
Suspension of Water Shutoffs
The Portland Water Bureau (PWB) is suspending water shutoffs for non-payment of bills, for both residential and commercial customers. Customers will still owe PWB for service, but will not lose water at this time and will not be charged late fees.
