Description of Program and Relief
Unemployment Insurance and Workforce Safety and Insurance (Employers)
Provides employers relief from certain Unemployment Insurance and Workforce Safety and Insurance requirements.

Available from March 27, 2020 until June 30, 2020 (unless noted otherwise)
Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions
Executive Order 2020-15 suspended a number of unemployment insurance and Workforce Safety and Insurance requirements for employers including:

Suspension of certain employer premium payments;
-
Suspension of the required late fee penalty that must be assessed by Workforce Safety and Insurance for late-filed employer payroll reports; and
-
Suspension of due dates for quarterly unemployment insurance contributions and reports to Job Service North Dakota (effective as of March 13, 2020).
