Description of Program and Relief

Chicago: Resources for People with Disabilities

Adults 59 years old and younger who have a disability can contact the Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities to be assessed for their eligibility for in-home services, including case management, assistive devices, homemaker services, and home modification. These offerings were previously in place, and have not changed in response to COVID-19, but may be relevant for people who were previously eligible but had not accessed these services.
