Description of Program and Relief
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) provides monthly cash assistance and employment services to low-income families with children under age 18 or under age 19 if the child is a full-time student. TANF is a federally-funded program that predates COVID-19, which can be used by eligible participants at this time.
