Description of Program and Relief
Twice As Nice Mother & Child – Mobile Diaper Pantry
During the COVID-19 outbreak, Twice As Nice Mother & Child is operating drive-thru mobile diaper pantries in Gurnee, Waukegan, and Highwood. Twice As Nice is providing free diapers and wipes to parents who cannot afford them.

Dates Available
Distribution dates vary by month. The pantries will be open on the following dates in May, June and July:

Gurnee Pantry: June 3 and July 1, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Waukegan Pantry: June 17 and July 15, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Highwood Pantry: May 29; June 5, 12, 19 and 26; July 10 and 24, 4 p.m.–5:30 p.m.
Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions
Online registration is required and must be completed 24 hours prior to any distribution date.
Parents must provide photo ID at each visit and show their child’s birth certificate at their first visit.
Parents can receive diapers twice a month at the mobile pantries (but not twice in the same week).
Twice As Nice does not provide diapers to expecting mothers or to those receiving diapers from another agency.

The Waukegan Pantry is located at Belvidere Recreation Center, 412 S. Lewis Ave., Waukegan, IL 60085.
The Highwood Pantry is located at Highwood Recreation Center, 432 Green Bay Rd., Highwood, IL 60040.
