Flood’s Hall Emergency Loan Program

Description of Program and Relief

Flood’s Hall has created a community-sourced emergency loan program to provide short-term, interest-free loans of up to $400 to workers in Chicago who have experienced job loss or significant pay reduction as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions

In order to qualify for assistance from the Flood’s Hall Emergency Loan Program, individuals must have:

  • Government-issued identification;

  • Their most recent monthly pay stub or evidence of unemployment insurance; and

  • A bank account to receive the funds.

Recipients must agree to pay back the loan, interest-free, within 3 months to replenish the Fund.

Application Deadlines (If Applicable)

Loans will be processed within 2 business days of applying.
